The Gîtes
There are five gites within the La Tannerie complex.
Les Baignades
Les Baignades is situated to the side of La Maison and faces the swimming pool and rear garden.
The entire ground floor is an open-plan living room with a fully-fitted kitchen at one end.
There is a separate WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a double.
Bedroom 2 can be adapted to take up to 4 people, using a combination of single and bunk beds.
The large family bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
La Sècherie
La Sècherie is the mirror-image of Les Baignades and faces south into the front garden.
It too has a full-width living/dining room with a newly refurbished (spring 2010) kitchen at one end.
The first bedroom is a double; the second is generally a twin. The bathroom contains a shower, washbasin and WC.
Heating in both Les Baignades and La Sècherie is by wood-burning stove, oil radiator or electric convectors.
Les Étables
The former stable block has been converted into three self-contained gites.
Étable 1
Etable 1 is the smallest of these, having just one large bedroom in which it is possible to set up three beds.
As with all our gites the ground floor is an open-plan living/dining area with a kitchen
Étable 2
Étable 2 is the largest having a very spacious ground floor living area and a stone feature wall.
The double bedroom is a good size and can take an extra single bed.
The second bedroom has bunk beds.
Étable 3
As with all the Étable gites this property features wooden beams and a polished wooden floor. Each gite has a fully-fitted kitchen and includes a washing machine.
The first bedroom is a double; the second has bunk beds.
Heating in the Etable gites is by either electric convectors or by oil radiators.
Each of the Étables gites has its own independent electricity meter.
Wifi internet is available in every property at La Tannerie.
